Josh Ramsay

Josh Ramsay, lead singer of Marianas Trench, burst onto the Canadian Music scene in 2006 with the release of the first Marianas Trench album, "Fix Me". Extensive touring, creative online marketing, and a knack for making great music videos (not to mention the amazing music) helped to build a solid and loyal fan base. When the band delivered "Masterpiece Theatre" in 2009, which included five charting singles, the band's popularity quickly spread from its core following to the Canadian mainstream. As a producer, Ramsay has also thoroughly established his versatility, producing radio smashes for artists like Faber Drive and Carly Rae Jepsen, as well as producing or coproducing both Marianas Trench records. Ramsay has also had success testing his producer skills in the world of country music, producing tracks for Juno nominee and CCMA Female Country Artist of the Year, Jessie Farrell, and new up and comer, Melissa Rae Barrie. Upcoming production releases include, "Hit Me Up" by Danny Fernandez, Girlicious, and Suzie McNeil.
